Cytogenetics Technologist Positions (Priority Hiring)
Cytogenetics Technologist Position (Entry-Level)
This entry-level cytogenetics technologist position is ideal for candidates with strong laboratory skills, including sterile technique and pipetting, who are seeking hands-on experience in cancer, prenatal, and constitutional cytogenetics within a leading academic medical center.
No Cytogenetics Experience Required
Prior cytogenetics experience is not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Candidates should have prior laboratory experience, including sterile tissue culture technique and accurate pipetting.
Hands-On Laboratory Experience
This is a unique two-year or longer opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical cytogenetics laboratory, including specimen processing, cell culture, and chromosome analysis techniques.
Cancer, Prenatal, and Constitutional Cytogenetics
The position provides exposure to cancer cytogenetics, constitutional genetics, and prenatal testing in a clinically impactful diagnostic setting.

Clinical Cytogenetics Director Position
We are also interested in recruiting experienced cytogeneticists for director-level positions within the laboratory.
This role involves clinical interpretation, laboratory oversight, and integration of cytogenetic and genomic testing across hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and constitutional disorders.
